Shipping policy

All orders are subject to 24-48 process time. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays). You will receive order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier option chosen. 

No returns are allowed. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from Another Season Consignment, you may contact us immediately upon receipt to discuss your options.

We ship home decor items with the exception of breakable items like glass and pottery or items we determine are not suitable for shipping. If for any reason you purchase an item that can't be shipped, we will contact you with other options.
